An IPA inspired by the classic New Orleans cocktail Sazerac.
We will have a tap list featuring many beers from our friends at Abita Brewing and some NOLA style food specials including:
Muffaletta – Olive Salad, Swiss, Provolone, Cappicola, Mortadella, Genoa Salami. A favorite sandwich in New Orleans for over 100 years.
Crawfish Etouffee Nachos – House made Nachos w/ Melted Jack Cheese, Red Beans, Crawfish Etouffee, Remoulade, Jalapenos, Scallions. A classic dish originated by Cajuns in the bayous of Louisiana, with a twist.
Fried Shimp Po’Boy – Fried Shrimp, Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Remoulade on a Hero. A good old fashioned N’Awlins style sandwich.
Beignets – French Creole style Donuts w/ powdered sugar. A popular breakfast in the Big Easy, but still good anytime of day.

Amber – 4.5% – Vienna Lager
Andygator – 8.0% – Imperial Helles Bock
French Quarter IPA – 7.0% – brewed with rye, anise, lemon, and Peychaud’s Bitters to evoke the flavors of a Sazerac, the classic New Orleans cocktail
Hop On – 6.0% – American Pale Ale
Mardi Gras Bock – 6.4% – German style Maibock with all the life and flavor of Mardi Gras!!
Stratos IPA – Stratosbeer – 7.0% – American India Pale Ale brewed in the “brut” style
Strawberry Harvest Lager – 4.2% – Fruit beer brewed w/ Stawberries
Turbodog – 6.1% – Louisiana Style Brown Ale
Wrought Iron IPA – 6.9% – American India Pale Ale
